The phenomenon in which individuals doubt their accomplishments and attribute their success to external factors, rather than recognizing their own internal potential, is known as Impostor Syndrome. This workshop aims to provide students with an understanding of Impostor Syndrome, its impact on their personal and academic lives, and practical strategies to overcome it. Through interactive activities and discussions, students will learn to identify their unique strengths and build confidence in their abilities.
